Resolution for 2011

Its time i get this up and running.

I guess, there are some resolutions I need to put up. To inline myself for the next 9 months of 2011. Shall split it among 4 major segments, Career, Personal Finance, Family-Relationship-Friends, Education.

Career Wise
1. Better Bonus payout then last year + Increment
2. To firstly, Establish my training certifications & be a full fledge ITE Trainer
3. To take control and command of Company's Administration
4. To establish and maintain a good Human Resource System,
5. To minimize and remove any human errors
6. To aim for increment! =)

Personal Finance.
1. Darn, I been like saving for so much weird weird stuff lately, I needa re-figure myself out and redistribute my income

Shopping Fund Remains Unchaged Unchanged
Betting Fund Remians Unchanged Unchanged
Holiday Fund Remians Unchanged Unchanged

Personal Savings Miscallenous Funds Reduced to 50/month
Studies Fund Remains Unchanged Unchanged
Computer Fund Remains Unchanged Reduced to 50/month
Insurance & Hp Remains Unchanged Unchanged
Personal Expenditure Personal Expenditure Increased to 400/month

Family
Gotta spend more time with my mum and sis =)
Relationship wise, shall take things 1 step at a time, sometimes, best friends are better =)
Friends wise, with these few bunch of buddies I have, im happy =) lets go for our overseas trip, June 1 Trip, Ill certainly plan for a October and January Getaway =)

Register for my Advanced Diploma this year
Graduate next year
Register for my Bachelors Next Year.
