It has been a rewarding period for me at my work. being promoted, given pay adjustment and also bonuses. As i hit the 2 year mark in the company, looking back at where i started, there was a big sense of achievement. Yet, i felt lonelier at work, as i climb up the corporate ladder, colleagues who were friends seems like pure colleagues only. I love friends, company, laughter, and all the social part of life, yet everything lacks at this second home of mine.

The stress of work has come into play for my life. I have yet to reach 21 but im learning so much, everyday is something new for me, I am very appreciative of the friends i have, without them week in week out, i would not have perservered til now. If I were a balloon, Monday to Friday would be the period where i would get pumped with 02 and weekends would be the period where the air is released. Week in Week out, i feel stretched over the weekdays n only enjoy during the weekends.

Company Chalet was organised last saturday, had pretty much fun there, esp chatting with all the prisons staffs, staffs enjoyed themselves. Manage to hitch a ride to Clement place, played monopoly and the (Vincent Bed Game, ya it sounds wrong,) Clem, Wendy, Hm, Vin n me stayed over. Had Breakfast at clem's place de coffeeshop before sharing a cab down to Chevrons for K. Vin n Clem was nt in top form cause got cough n stuff, but they still chiong n sung. We went for pepper lunch for dinner after that. I enjoyed my weekend and could only hope it can last a lil longer.

I shall now immerse myself in my work for the next 5 days before indulging into the upcoming fun filled weekend!
